I suggest HK Monetary Authority(with LamCheng's consent,of course!) sell "a little" USD Bonds and use same money to buy "a little" 700.HK+9988.HK over past 2 days & at this morning (once HS Index <20000)... and speaks this aloud at evenings.
Both HK Gov't and HK Monetary Authority always claim that oversea markets/environment are unstable,... yet actually the most unstable is our HK stock market!
I see HK Gov't is too prudent in managing our economy.

刪除688,883,1171,941,836,1133等國策股，逢跌必吸股，長短皆可，很快有不俗回報，昨日撈了1171,688。836一出業績升幅擴大，要細閱業績，不要被表面數字欺騙，火電由年賺50幾億變年蝕50幾億，佔業務6成7，另外3成2新能源發電由年賺40變80幾億，拉勺全年都有30幾億盈利，其他火電廠冇一間有錢賺，14元至15元建倉，不出幾年，當新能源發電同煤炭發電比例互轉之後，升一至2倍不是夢。

883根本就不跟油價，投資者買入着眼於4年內保證有70仙股息，而家亞洲時段油價去番98.2美元，大方向是朝147美元走，有大行分析，若油價去到130美元，對883反而不利，因要繳交昂貴的暴利稅給中央。
刪除883.HK's interim div. = HK$0.30/share.
刪除It promised to pay final div. HK$0.4/share + special div. : HK$0.2 or HK$0.3/share, I guess.
So, it's total 2021 dividends would be HK$0.9/share or HK$1/share, I guess.
To me, Oil Price Ceiling is not guaranteed.^^

刪除3983中海石油化學，一個月前出盈喜，預計盈利升95％至14億人民幣，市值40億左右，此公司長期手持現金幾十億，習慣每三個月就攞10幾億去銀行做理財，賺3％保証收益，由於烏俄戰爭，這兩國出產之鉀肥，尿酸又是世界主要供應商，今年國策要保農產，鉀，尿素等產品渴市，中海石油化學食正條水，昨日被人恐慌性拋售，2.1任人買，就係漏買左呢隻。
