基金全年收入減少2%; 可分派收入減0.7%; 每基金單位分派少2%; 物業整體出租率減少1.2% 但仍高達96.1%; 物業估值減8.8%; 每基金單位資產凈值減13.9%.
但在此困難時刻 有7%息收 物業半價大平賣 作為收息客 還會有甚麼不滿?

Just my little thinkings:~Both of 808.HK & 1883.HK announced their full year results at yesterday lunch time.Considering updated div. yields and considering future prospects, ... and even at yesterday's closing market prices, I prefer 1883.HK rather than 808.HK.
I really hope so because I got 1883 only
發盈警，預計2020年度收入較2019年度下降約9.5%；預計純利介乎1,000-2,000萬人民幣，相比2019年度純利2.9億人民幣，跌幅即約93.1%-96.6%；現升13.x%，盡顯強國人本色！
