我有段時期喜買call put輪 貪其上落大 交易成本低 反正買得不多 輸晒有限 。後來發覺雖然贏多輸少 但因蠃就十格、八格 輸就多多， 玩來玩去都得個[吉]。其實玩牛、熊証 先天已好蝕底，既然風險高，好易蝕光，又有時間值 無得守 所以要有充份把握才好去買 既有預了輸光的勇氣，就要有贏大的膽量，我的性格並不適合，所以都係不玩為佳。
每天都堅持行最少八千步 否則不吃飯!😢😂

說得对 覺得不公平可以不參與 這點最公平.
