買入恆基地產

入了一注恆地(012) @29元兩千股 大型地產股它跌得最深 股價跌了超過13%. 農地佢最多 但翻看年報 應該只用成本入賬 從無重估 除非無嘗損出 否則農地投資不會虧本 還有 誰敢說上星期相關的傳言一定屬實?

  2. I agree with Billy Sir's thinkings.^^

    If these local big property developers cos can exercise "significant share buyback" today, I think it would be much better than their Chairmans just writing so many optimistic words in their Chairman Reports!

    1. P.S. Among blue chips, recently, I only see 001.HK, 700.HK, 1810.HK, 601318.SH exercising "share buyback". And some major shareholders willing to buy more from the open market: 016.HK, 083.HK, 688.HK, 1113.HK
