Another btw, 450.HK may declare special dividend @HK$0.07/share besides final dividend @HK$0.03/share, because 2020 year is its 70th anniversary. It is cash rich. It had sales proceeds of RMB296M being received from disposal of some factory lands. It still had 5~6 factories for running its business. I guess its updated NAV should be around @HK$3.60/share.

Btw, today 941.HK is seemed quite good.
I repeat, even at HK$52.50, 941.HK still have a dividend yield of 6%p.a.(already net off 10% China Tax):
Expected annual dividend
= RMB2.941 x 1.19 x (1 - 10%)
= HK$3.15
So, expected dividend yield
= HK$3.15/HK52.50 x 100%
= 6%p.a.
Nowadays, every Chinese people need mobile phone service.
