中國海外(688)現價20.05元 巿盈率4.2倍 市賬率0.59倍 股息率5.89% 市值2194億元。
碧桂園(2007)現價6.8元 巿盈率3.52倍 市賬率0.72倍 股息率7.98% 市值1574億元。
Without doubt, overall China Property Developers Companies Jul~Dec 2021 results would be much deteriorated. Be careful!!
回覆刪除Btw, at present market prices,... considering their PB and also considering there will be dividend receivable @HK$0.165/share, ... I think 1161.HK is better than 1830.HK.
刪除I think 1161.HK should worth at least 50% of share price of 1830.HK.
刪除i.e. If 1830.HK = HK$5, I value 1161.HK may worth HK$2.50(ex. div. share price).
Just my naive thinking.^^
