My straight talk, 016.HK's div. yield is not outstanding.
Long time ago(Last year) 016.HK is my No.2, but when I see it did not exercise "share buybacks" even when share price was at around HK$90 and bought high costly lands from open market, I gave up. I do not appreciate these.
But different investors may have different needs/thinkings. I see Value Sir(another blogger) still weigh 016.HK as the No.1 in his portfolio.
