買入泓富(808)

以研究過多次 決定身体力行 買入65K股作長線收息之用. 單看其財務數據 作埋最壞打算及前時曾已$2.9沽出 實找不到不購回的理由. Mp$2.28 Pe8倍 Yield>8% Nav$5.74 Reit不怕賺到吾派息 .

    Normally in every year, 1/3 of its tenants have to negotiate new tenancy agreements or to decide whether to go away or not.

    If you are prepared to satisfy with around 7% div. yield (for this year 2020), I think 808.HK is still OK. Yet at this moment, it is too difficult to predict the same after 2020.

    2. If so, 900.HK (with 8%p.a.) may be more suitable for you.

      At harsh time 1Mar2020~31May2020(3 months only), it can still earned HK$75M (i.e. HK$0.18/share). I predict total year's dividends HK$0.44/share is no problem at all.
