與小股東共富貴

中國恆大(3333)宣佈, 董事會已議決就截至2018年12月底止財政年度派發每股約1.578元(1.419元人民幣)股息, 涉及資金總額約208億元. 以現價20.2元計, 股息率高達7.8%, 恆大最值稱讚之處是願派高息, 願與小股東共富貴.
現價20.2元 市盈率6.2倍 股息率7.8% 市值2662億元

    Among all listed China property developers enterprises, if just looking for high dividend yield, and at present market prices, ... I prefer 2868.HK.

      I have no 3333.HK.

      I am satisfied with "a little" 2868.HK and feel comfortable about my investment portfolio.
