941.HK is a cash cow and high dividend yield blue chip. No worry at all.
Besides 941.HK, among all local property investment+reits, 014.HK should be the best : Low PB, very healthy balance sheet, >5% dividend yield. But it has already raised up for a week, standing on HK$28.5 is a bit difficult to persuade anyone to buy it.
因為大如5號, 竟然可以停息跌價. 不想再讓本金面對小上大落風險了.為了理想利息,好像investment grade債券更合適一點.
