內房負債有多重(2020年底)

中國恆大 總負債19507億人民幣。

碧桂園 總負債17588億人民幣。

萬科企業 總負債15193億人民幣。

融創中國 總負債9305億人民幣。

上述大型內房 任何一間 總負債已比香港九大地產商的總負債加起來還要多。

    Don't forget their annual sales figures/net profits are much greater than local property developers cos.

    Excluding 3333.HK, they are not so poor.

    I also think that China Gov't would be allow China property market collapsed.

    Overall China economy is greater & stronger.

    ... just my little thinkings.^^

    2. This is certainly their drawback.

      But don't forget their overall dividend yields, excluding 3333.HK, are higher than local bigs even the latter have healthier balance sheets.
