後輩找到個賺$竅門, 凡熱門股IPO重注孖展, 愈熱愈重, 近期婁有收獲, 還問我為何有$不賺? 這皆因我一朝被蛇咬呀! 2005年領展(823)IPO, 我借了八位數去抽, 但結果領展擱置上市, 差點嚇破我個膽. 從此就再不敢再借孖展抽新股了.前幾年得網友[白身公子]提點做兩手黨, 收獲蠻不錯呀! 後來新股熱退潮後就少抽了. 怎料新股潮再來, 就變得甚難抽中. 上年我公婆加埋就只抽中過兩隻. 後輩又計劃在新股暗盤價時高追, 問我意見. 我又怎敢教他 他'3'字頭 我就'6'字頭 有些事他有條件去做 而我卻無. 惟一能做就係祝福他. 而這幾年我因誤判, 阻人賺$的紀錄還少嗎? 中國恆大; 美團點評; 比特幣; 恆大汽車.......。 不被人X 都算人家有收養了!

Yesterday 2318.HK declares more final dividends although its 2020 net profit was dropped by 4.2%.
刪除Today 2318.HK's share price has gone up.
Beginning from this month, those "old economy stocks" will announce final results & final dividends. There may be an upward revaluaton trend for those "repeatedly making profits over years and willing to pay relatively higher dividend yield" old economy stocks.

刪除BILLY兄，現在銀行孖展利息才一厘，有時甚至0.8厘，借1千萬利息最多兩千元有找，就算隔置上市，最多也才賠兩千元，不用那麼耽心吧。對我等保守投資者來講，抽新股比短炒更容易賺。
