Last time 004.HK used HK12B to buy the nearby land.I don't understand why this time it not doing this project alone.I don't like 004.HK. Among those local big developers, I only have 016.HK.
Btw, if 450.HK can break through HK$1.20, there will be no ceiling. P.S. Its updated NAV Per Share should be > HK$3.50
I think 16 is better than 004
