這個怪現象又在香港出現 經濟環境欠佳 市民根本無法承擔昂貴的租金 欠租客 租金不減就租不出 豪住租務更嚴峻 十萬元以上月租的客源主要來自國際大機構的高級職員 疫情+經濟欠佳 這類租客大幅減少. 雖然豪宅業主非富則貴 但租不出 單管理費都萬萬聲支出 不肉痛才怪 要租出 大幅減租在所難免. 樓價仍升 因自住客惜售 超低息環境亦令上車自住客願高追. 個人認為有能力者 買來自住還可 用來投資則要三思 炒賣就萬萬不可.
