集團剛公佈3月止財政年度業績,總收入43.52億元,按年增加38.2%;毛利25.36億元,上升10.2%;純利31.36億元,倒退7%;每股盈利0.85元,倒退7.6%;全年派息0.11元(其中末期息0.063元);微升1.9%。
集團收入43.5億元中11億元屬租金收入,這部份收入相對穩定,淨資產負債比率33.8%亦頗為合理,每股資產淨值高達8.66元則相當吸引,管理層作風王道,未見供股紀錄兼願派較高股息,大股東持股近75%,有私有化憧憬。
但集團始終屬三、四線房產公司,只宜適量購入,忌重注。
現價2.11元 市盈率4.04倍 股息率5.21% 市值77.6億元
