But this year Jan~Jun 2021, it already restored to distribute 100%! (^_^)
I confirm these changes because I have been a shareholder of 778.HK since 4/2014.
P.S. I suppose 778.HK may distribute around HK$0.50/share as dividends for 2021(1~6/2021:@HK$0.2496/share), and so its updated dividend yield should be around 6%p.a.(=0.5/8.3 x 100%).^^

刪除其實李氏家族都唔會太在意置富,,所以睇到佢地都唔會太進取成日收購..最多都系長實有咩商場想賣就會塞比置富,,當然置富手上物業都唔差起碼可以食息始終做民生野多,,但領展班管理層唔同..公司搵得多佢地自然分得多,,
