回覆刪除I have 778.HK. It shall announce its 2019 interim results on 26Jul2019. I expect this time interim dividends would be "not good" because of the refurnishment work in Fortune Kingswood.
But I still want to keep it, cause I cannot find alternative yet to do "stocks switching" at this moment.(It still has "low enough" PB c.f. 823.HK)
P.S. I also have 435.HK. I weight it more than 778.HK in my stocks portfolio.
