房產信託基金(商場)篇

領展和置富房產信託基金均以經營商場租務為主,論資產發展潛力及規模,領展應勝一籌。但論收益率,資產折讓及市盈率,置富則較佳,領展是恒指成份股,估值必然會較為偏高,而本人則認為置富較為[便宜]。

  1. For long run investment, an investor has to "think"(fully understanding) which one can let him/her sleeping well at nights.

    I have 778.HK. It shall announce its 2019 interim results on 26Jul2019. I expect this time interim dividends would be "not good" because of the refurnishment work in Fortune Kingswood.

    But I still want to keep it, cause I cannot find alternative yet to do "stocks switching" at this moment.(It still has "low enough" PB c.f. 823.HK)

    P.S. I also have 435.HK. I weight it more than 778.HK in my stocks portfolio.

    1. 823的確偏高,但也可能愈來愈高,不宜食息者。
