I regard 900.HK as a local "retail" stock rather than as a "finance" stock.
Its turnover/income is quite linked with local "retail" and "credit cards transactions" figures announced by our government.
Besides its management have stressed that interest rate would not significantly affect its financial results in coming 1~3 years. I believe this because the management's past records are proved smart.
Next month 900.HK shall announce its 1st quarter, 2018/19 results. I think a 10% profit-growth is expectable.

刪除將收6.3厘的 Aeon 賣走(仍有息收,未除淨),買入 5.6厘的泓富 (已派末期息)...好似一動不如一靜好點啊
回覆刪除感覺磚頭有安全感多些,AEON往績實相當優秀,但總覺有[財仔]味道,加息對無銀行背景的AEON,資金成本影響多大並不明朗,它的低息掉期貸款也快到期,反正有錢賺沽了算。

刪除我印象中過往的加息週期,Reits在初期會有影響,但之後都能穩步上揚。當然要看個別Reits的情況。
刪除16年尾加息影響投資者情緒,我入多咗Reits,2017Reits的表現都不錯呀。
