股市比樓市前景更佳

樓市由高位開始調整頗為明顯, 股市則毫無偏高感, 物業套現又比股票套現困難, 租金更要繳稅, 而且Hold樓的皮費不輕, 假設我是個四海為家的年輕人, 又有一千萬元作投資, 必然會全數買入數隻有年息高於3%的鼎級藍籌股. 每月收取約三萬元的被動收入作後盾, 那麼無論在甚麼國家生活和做甚麼工作, 都自然會沒有太大的心理壓力.

  1. 港資地產商財技了得,負債水平低。經歷過樓巿過去30,40年高低,作風穩健。近幾年仲以聯營公司方式合作,分散風險。樓巿下跌,最受影響都係小巿民同槓桿大嘅中資地產商

    I don't think so.

    All stocks markets are dynamic.

    It's too hard to say this! Especially for a young man who is most likely with only limited stocks investment/trading experience.

    Maybe you speak out what you are thinking yourself! I suggest you build up your long run stocks investment portfolio, ... say, 50% of idle cash. (Mine is now >90%.)

  4. 如果我是個有一千萬在手的年輕人, 大概會想辦法一邊實現理想, 一邊尋找投資機會
    結果可能是搞了一間手游公司出來XD
