剛看TVB致富360 有股民問股 第一位問沈大師 近日高追美團(3690) 現在跌了怎麼算? 沈生問她九百幾倍市盈率為何仍去買? 她掛線不去答. 另兩位女士分別問沈生 微盟集團(2013)及同程藝龍(780) 是否買得過? 這兩間公司是做甚麼的? 沈生看來動了氣 祇答不懂就不要買. 作為一個財演 沈生實在不合格 他應答買就定止蝕位呀! 股票不是升就是跌 愈不合理的有可能升得愈利害 勸人不賣 若真的大升.......。但作為一個人 我對沈生的人格甚為敬佩! 而筆者會覺得3位女士必喑罵沈生 要你意見卻潑冷水 真乞人憎!

回覆刪除Btw, 101.HK is now leading 010.HK by HK$2! This is seldom happened over past 3 years.
回覆刪除010.HK holds 101.HK and each 010.HK owns 1.914 shares 101.HK together with other assets.
At 31Dec2020, 010.HK's NAV was @HK$67.65/share. Its PB is now not more than 0.30, i.e. with 70% discounts!

P.S. The major shareholder(Chan's family) holds 010.HK. I think in future there is a chance of distributing 101.HK's shares to 010.HK's shareholders, but of course without guarantee.^^
刪除P.S. If I am a shareholder of 101.HK, I would do "stocks switching", i.e. sell 101.HK and buy "same number of shares" of 010.HK. In doing so:~
刪除1. it can generate more dividend income because 010.HK pays higher dividends than 101.HK, and
2. get back some cash from such stocks switching because 010.HK is now trading at lesser market price than 101.HK, and
3. has the chance of 010.HK distributing 101.HK's shares to shareholders as mentioned above.
Just my little thinkings. I have no 101.HK.
I may buy a little of 010.HK.
