回購VS派息

滙控(005)計劃回購20億美元股份 PB0.65倍 理論上回購股份註銷好合理。但它過往業實在令擁蠆失望 不少持有者只是基於情意结才仍繼續持有其股票 派息對他們來說更為實惠 錢分了才是小股東。現價47.7港元 巿盈率32倍 股息率2.43% 市值9898億港元。

    I remember 005.HK always issues additional shares by "shares in lieu of dividends", i.e. it allows shareholders to get more ordinary shares instead of receiving cash dividends. This policy makes 005.HK have more ordinary shares than previous year and dilutes the effect of its "share buybacks"!

    241.HK & 6862.HK are really rub_ish!

    The criteria of selecting HS Index blue chips are too bad!
